Why Do Rescues Have Adoption Fees?
Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Harmony and Hope Animal Rescue cover vaccination, medical and desexing costs for the animals.
At the time of adoption, Harmony and Hope Animal Rescue DOGS will be current on their vaccines (i.e. will have had at least first dose) and will have the following:
- Veterinary Check & Booklet
- Parvo/Distemper Core Vaccine
- Leptospirosis Vaccine
- Up-to-date Flea/Worm Treatment
- Micro-chipped & lifetime microchip registration to NZCAR
- If over 6 months will be desexed, if under 6 months will have a desexing contract and cost is covered under our local vets.
- Optional 30 Free days of Pet Insurance
- Adult Dogs will have registration with Local Council paid for up until the current year.

- Felocell Core Vaccine
- Up-to-date Flea/Worm Treatment
- Micro-chipped & lifetime microchip registration to NZCAR
- Desexed
- Optional 30 Free days of Pet Insurance
